2. Minimum Client Deployment Price: All partners agree to the minimum client deployment price displayed on this page. Any deployment below this defined floor results in immediate termination of partner access, without refund of unused deployments.

3. Genesis Allocation: Current access pricing reflects a limited genesis allocation. Ashwarrya Yog© reserves the right to revise access pricing at any time. Allocations already secured remain unaffected.

4. Deployment Access Validity: Deployment access remains valid until fully utilized. Your Life Operating System is permanent. Deployment access applies to the number of client systems you choose to generate.

5. Branding Structure:

• Growth: Co-branded (Ashwarrya Yog© + partner identity)

6. Nature of the System: Ashwarrya Yog© is a structured system for client deployment. It is not a business model, income promise, or revenue guarantee. The system provides clarity — not commercial outcomes.

7. Responsibility of Deployment: The system is provided. All client acquisition, communication, and deployment usage remain the responsibility of the partner.

8. No Refunds: Deployment access is permanent and non-reversible. Once secured, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstance.

9. Termination: Any misrepresentation of the system, violation of pricing integrity, or misuse of deployment access results in immediate termination of partner status. All remaining deployment access stands void upon termination.

10. Program Control: Partner acceptance is at the sole discretion of Raajeevvv Bagdii and the Ashwarrya Yog© team. The program may be opened, paused, or closed at any time. Submission of interest does not constitute acceptance.
